Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked to get price of major work (engine replacement) down, but was still steep even though they were the only shop who could find the part(s). The missing star is price only. Everything else about their service was top notch.

Don’t let the outside fool you.. Get in there. They are the best. And, I’ve tried them all.

This shop is easily misable from the street without google but I am so glad it was the nearest shop when I started to have trouble with my brakes going to work. Came in first thing in the morning. Gentleman at the counter (Tyler) immediately greeted & was friendly. I still didn't feel like I waited long for diagnostic despite their busy morning. Upfront with price & deposit right away. Accurate with repair time & called for pick up on the day I expected. An overall good experience.
