Honestly disappointed with London Bridge auto and transmission, as I’ve used them for several jobs in the past. Came in needing a rear caliper to be replaced but they ran a test to check, which I understand, but if they would’ve told me it’ll cost $100 just to check what’s wrong I would’ve declined the job immediately since it was pretty obvious. They quoted me $1300 which I felt was oddly expensive considering how fast and simple changing calipers rotors and pads is, so I declined. I ordered the parts myself and did it in roughly 2 hours with the most basic and ancient hand tools you can imagine. I’ve spent a good couple thousand here on past jobs but will probably never return. Would’ve been 1 star, but at least the staff is always very kind and usually very helpful.

I had a severe brake problem, metal on metal! I could not get into the dealer or anywhere else that wasn’t some questionable place with shady reviews. I made the call and they said we are full. But we can squeeze you in because when driving a car stoping is extremely desirable. I dropped the car off the night before and they had the car ready by close of business. I am extremely satisfied and I will be back with my next maintenance

I wish there were 10 stars I could give them because London Bridge Auto and Transmission is absolutely the best ! My description of the problem my Volvo was having was vague, at best, but they quickly pin-pointed the problem and in less than 4 hours had it analyzed, advised me of the problem and cost, ordered part, made repair and called me when it was finished !! Brittany’s email/phone communication is beyond superb and efficient. Every person I’ve interacted with has been outstanding. The work performed has been great and the pricing, I feel, is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you London Bridge Auto for keeping me safe and on the road !!

Life Savers! Finally my AC works! They fixed it within minutes- I had been back and forth to various dealerships over the years and my Subaru AC was dangerously ineffective at cooling the car in our hot weather! Reasonable pricing (especially considering all I have spent that didn't fix it!), polite service and efficient. Highly recommend.

I had ac issues. Needed Freon recharge. They did an excellent job. As I’ve said before and I’ll say it again. They’re my go to mechanics place. Please if you have problem with your car go to them. You’ll be happy you did.
