First time going to them and they were awesome and very knowledgeable. I was able to get my transmission swamped out for another one for my vw jetta in a short timely manner. I highly recommend this place if you need work done to your vehicle.

Hands down one of the best places to take a vehicle! I own a landscape company and they service all my work and personal trucks. They did a transmission in one of my trucks 2 years ago and it’s running as smooth now as it did right after they finished up. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what’s going on as well as the best option to fix the issue.

London Bridge does an excellent job communicating what needs to be done to the car without recommending parts that don’t need to be replaced yet. They treat your car like their own, trying to get it back on the road as fast as possible without sacrificing quality and breaking the bank.

I was driving my Nissan 350Z from Sterling, VA to Virginia Beach. While on Route 64 late at night on 12 September, 2023 there was the sound of a loud crash. The car had hit something very substantial but invisible because it was dark. Another motorist let us know that the protective shield underneath the engine was touching the road. The next day we went looking for a body shop and we more or less found the London Bridge shop by accident. A mechanic took the car and a little while later he let us know that he had removed what was left of the protective shield. When we received the bill, I expected the it to be $50 or $100. It turned out to be $0! WE were able to drive home without any further difficulty thanks to the great folks at London Bridge.

London Bridge Auto and Transmission is the best. I have used several different mechanics and auto shops and none compare. They keep all my 8+ vehicles running great.

Really grateful that they take walk ins! My car battery died and I couldn’t get ahold of any Jeep dealership and neither autozone or advanced auto could replace it. In a panic i called and they said they could take me in! Loved my experience!
