I had a GM 700R4 with NP208 in my garage that I had been meaning to 'get around to it'. After running out of time, I searched locally and turned to London Bridge Auto and Trans based on their mechanic bios. Best decision! I have been using London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair for years. They are as good as it gets in the Virginia Beach area. They are great in communicating about your repair issue. Jared (owner) and Tyler (shop manager) know their stuff and will explain your options and their recommendation thoroughly to help you make the best decision for your repair. If they tell me it needs to be done, it needs to be done. I also know I am getting a fair price and superior work. I recently bought a Yukon XL from a friend and the brake calipers began to stick on a long trip hundreds of miles from home. They walked me through how to get it home safely and were able to repair and replace what was needed for a fair price. If you want to feel like you have a friend taking care of you... use these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Had big car problems on a long trip, had it towed to dealer which fumbled at providing good, informed service, so I got it towed to London Bridge Auto and Transmission. Never been there (based my choice on reviews and website) but they treated me like they cared about me and keeping me as a customer. After a whole motor swap, they made sure it was in good working order. Although it was competitively expensive, I had no doubt about the quality of the work and the integrity of the business. I highly recommend!

I own a Contracting Business and had my main service truck break down. After calling these guys and explaining my situation not only did they understand my position they had my complete transmission rebuilt and oil changed in 48 hours. This place is a life saver. My truck broke down and after trying to repair it myself, I realized it was way more extensive than I could handle. I called and Tyler was able to get me in the next day. The truck had hidden problems that popped up as other problems were fixed. Tyler kept me updated and made sure he tracked down replacement parts as fast as he could. The truck feels amazing now and I will definitely be coming back for my repair needs because I know these guys can handle it.
