I brought my new to me truck to this shop for a second opinion on a very loud noise coming from under the cab of the truck. The first shop said "It's the fuel pump and this is normal for these trucks." I knew there was nothing normal about that noise. The team at London Bridge Auto and Transmission tested the system and although it was functioning properly, they also knew something was not right with pump. I had purchased a warranty and Tyler discovered there was a service bulletin on the fuel pumps for my truck. He worked with the warranty company to get the repair covered. They also found out the sensor needed replacing which was also covered by my warranty. These guys and gals are the most reputable, effective, personable honest and professional auto repair shop staff I've worked with in Hampton Roads. They listen to my concerns and provide clear and concise information to help me make informed decisions about servicing and maintaining my vehicles. I HIGHLY recommend them and will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

Fantastic guys! I have a 2013 Benz that I just needed the oil change done, every other place was trying to charge me over $400 these guys said just go grab the oil and a filter down the street at Napa auto parts and we’ll get it done for 40 bucks!

Took the car in for Air Bag dash light illuminating. They troubleshot down to the Clock Spring in the steering wheel. I was informed that it would be an expensive repair but also the manufacturer had a 15 year extended warranty on that part. I chose to save the money by using the warranty and London Bridge Auto did loose a sale but they have gained my trust. I'll be bringing them more business in the future.

My experience, as always, was great! I’m very appreciative regarding the care that was taken for my car. The mechanic’s goal was to make sure the major work needed was done right so that I could go on a trip with no problems. The car runs great!
