The vehicle was towed to them midday on a Friday & they were able to get it diagnosed & repaired on Monday (a best case scenario). The staff was very friendly & informative.

I’ve taken both of my cars to London Bridge for repair in the last year, very satisfied with their work. First time was when the 2015 f150 had an air condition problem. It was switch, also had system checked and refilled. Second time was for 2017 fusion oil, filters changed and safety check. Third time f150, needed differential work, and axle bearing work. Had them upgrade to better carrier and ring and pinion. Also had oil, filters, changed and safety check. I like how I can drop the car off the day before and it be done the next day. The rear deferential and axle work took a little longer due to ordering parts. However the truck was done fairly fast.
