The guys at LBAT are awesome. They are the ONLY reason I've been able to keep my 1996 Toyota 4Runner on the road. They're always friendly, always willing to explain repairs to me, and offer the best way to break down a large, expensive repair into smaller, more manageable repairs my budget can handle. I never feel like they're trying to rip me off...unlike other repair shops.

London Bridge auto and transmission is the most integral auto shop I've worked with in the Hampton Roads area. The staff are personable and show the same amount of genuine care for their clients as well as quality of work done on their vehicles. I highly recommend them and won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

TYLER IS DA MAN!!! He did way more than under-promise and over-deliver. He was very transparent from beginning to end providing explanation and keeping me informed of everything. He got my engine replaced, installed, and back to me before the estimated time. Tyler went waaaay above and above installing a battery for me and taking care of a few other minor things that definitely were not in the scope of the work of my engine replacement but he took care of them anyway. Again...TYLER IS DA MAN!!! Thanks Bro! If you need engine or transmission work, don't wait or hesitate. They'll get 'er done!!!
