Best repair shop around Virginia Beach

On Oct. 23, 2018 my whole life changed, when I called London Bridge Auto & Trans Repair !! If I could give them TEN STARS , I would do it!! I have a SLS Cadillac which I had taken to 6, yes, 6 Dealers in the area, to no avail...I had spent a fortune trying to get the problem solved, and all they said was "We don't know what the problem is" !! On the 23rd of Oct. I called London Bridge Auto, etc. and I took my car over to them !! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !!! I MET EVERYONE...THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ...REAL PROFESSIONALS...It took 2 minutes to find out what the problem was.... My radiator was cracked in various places., and they replaced it ... I feel like I have the weight of the world off of me, thanks to everyone there. I met the Owner, and I was thrilled to meet him...he is wonderful ! The Service Mgr. is NICK...a real "JEWEL IN THE CROWN" , AS WELL AS THE MECHANIC WHO WORKED ON MY CAR..HIS NAME IS PAT, .I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER MECHANIC !!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO GO TO LONDON BRIDGE AUTO... I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE, I PROMISE......YOU KUDOS TO ALL AT LONDON BRIDGE AUTO & TRANS REPAIR !!! IF YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE, YOU WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!

Great service with comparable pricing. The best part was the timely manner that I was able will we get in and have my brakes done.

I highly recommend these guys for transmission repair. The owner even stopped and helped me fix my flat tire after he had already closed his shop. I think they’re really good people that do great work!

I started hearing loud noises from my car a few weeks ago. The first auto service place I went to told me that it was because my transmission was failing and that I needed to get it replaced/rebuilt which they said would cost me around $3500-$5500. The next day, my dad found this place online so we decided to take my car here to get it checked. They were really honest and told me that there was nothing wrong with my transmission and that the noise was actually coming from my ac compressor. They also recommended to get my sway bar links and harmonic balancer fixed. I went back there after a few days to get everything fixed. Now, my car runs smoothly and the annoying noise from my car is gone! I truly appreciate how honest and nice they are to their customers. Thank you so much!

These guys are the best. My first experience with them was over the phone, I was worried about having my Ma take my car in while I was at work, but they were COMPLETELY honest with her and explained things very well. Second time they replaced my rack and pinion and did a great job, down the road they threw on another one under warranty out of good faith. Third time they got my car in an out in less than 20 minutes when they were slammed on a Friday. These guys have taken great care of my family and my car. I wouldn’t recommend any other company to my friends.
