I've been using LBAS for over 20 years. Eric is an excellent manager and calls me by name as soon as I walk in the door regardless of how long its been. They take of your problem at a fraction of the dealership price and dont go searching for other things that may need repair unless you ask them to. They stay very busy but always get my car in and out as advertised.

I had the best experience today. Paul and the team are very patient and professional. I will be back!

The customer service is great, they are very helpful keep you up to date on what is going on with your veichel. I have taken my car here for several repairs. I have taken my car to other places was not happy with service or the way they treated me. But here i highly recommend to anyone i know in need of repairs.

Be careful about these reviews they offer a free oil change for good reviews. They offered us one after they messed up. We have a 2001 Ford Torus, they were running a deal to have the transmission pulled to look at what's wrong to give a quote of how much to repair. Well little did we know their deal did not include putting the transmission back in if you decided not to get work done. No it was not in the paper work at all! So pretty much they said either pay to have them put it back in or come have it towed and they'll put it in the trunk. So it made no since to pay double and not get the transmission rebuilt. Long story short after they "rebuilt" the transmission we still had problems with it and took it back to them three times where they had it for several days to wait on "new" parts. After that it still messed up. Finally took it somewhere else to find out they didn't rebuild the transmission they were replacing parts from pick'n'pulls (found the item numbers) so not even getting new parts. Lovely, $2000 (which they stressed was a deal) down the drain for a point A to point B car that we didn't want to put money into but forced since they would not put back in the transmission. It worked better before they touched it but they said it was totally useless hmmmm interesting. Attorney said its hard to fight these types of merchants so we let it go.

These guys were great. Did a fantastic job on my transmission and were able to work with me. Honest and reliable always kept me up to date on the status of my car. I will bringing back my vehicle when ever work is needed to be done.

I have an 2002, Ford F250. It needed major work done to it like, new head gaskets, front seal, transmission flush, alternator and tune up just to name a few! The truck never ran better after London Bridge Auto fixed everything. Paul, the manager, was a true professional and showed great customer service. The mechanics are above grade technicians. Overall great service! I truly recommend everyone to bring your vehicle to London Bridge Auto and Transmission.
