Believe the reviews !!! Ultimately the best transmission and auto repair facility I've ever worked with!! Before coming to London Bridge i dreaded having anything going wrong with my vehicle or having to find a decent enough to shop to take care of my needs. Bought a 2015 Navigator and it had a transmission shudder. After initial shock and disappointment i made a call to Tyler. It's like the mechanic gods took pity on me and I've been singing their praises ever since. Just had a turbo go and the team at London Bridge once again were superb, efficient and courteous as always!! Thank you so much again Tyler, Jack and the awesome team at London Bridge for always treating me like family!!

Came in with a transmission light on and it was diagnosed quickly. It was a costly torque converter replacement but instead of just doing the work, they recommended I try Honda. They had a problem withe torque converters and told me about an extended warranty with Honda that would replace them, no charge if the Ridgeline qualified. It did. I would have never known if it wasn't for the honest shop. You have earned all of my future business.
