Purchased a 2016 BMW X3 from a dealership in Tennessee and had engine failure less than 12 hours after purchase. London bridge auto exceeded my expectations, the team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed the right way with the correct part, they even let me know what to expect as far as my check engine light and why it would come back on an the amount of time I would see the light come back on. They were fast, efficient, very thorough and explained everything so I could understand. The cost for labor and parts was very reasonable and they do military discounts. I brought my children with me and they had a selection of toys that the kids were able to play with. They even gave my son a hat which bubba loved 😁. I was very cautious about taking my vehicle to a shop because of past experiences with other places. Hands down I will not go anywhere else for now on. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and have reached the point where I entrust them with my 4Runner completely. So far, they’ve handled all my routine maintenance—oil changes, alignments, tires, and state inspections—with total professionalism. What really sold me was when I brought in my Mom’s Jeep. Another shop had given her a long list of 'recommended' upsells, but the team here broke down exactly what was actually necessary and what wasn't. They even gave us a printed copy of work that might be needed in the future so we could plan for it. Their honesty saved us a lot of money and stress. The communication here is hands down the best I’ve ever seen in an auto shop. They are incredibly courteous and the lockbox for after-hours pickups is a lifesaver if you can’t get there before they close. 10/10—I 100% trust this shop!

Thought my transmission was bad and I needed a new torque converter, previous shop couldn’t identify the problem of my car’s vibration under load. London bridge auto diagnosed the problem in a day and had it back to me the following one. Bad u joints were the problem! Great place, highly recommend.
