had my car towed from North Carolina to London Bridge.. The driver stated the team was friendly and helpful.I always use London Bridge but was nice to hear that from the driver. They seemed to knoe exactly wht the issue was and completed a thorough and timely service. I take my vehicles to them ,because the are trustworthy and honest on repairs large and small.. The warm smiles as you enter makes it feel like I'm leaving my cars with family or friends.And its been that way for a long long time..Thanks again for everything.Mr Lee

Poor communication and very unprofessional.

We understand and appreciate your frustration, especially given the circumstances with your vehicle. However, your vehicle was never brought to our shop, and no work was performed by us. When you contacted us, we attempted to clarify the details of the situation, but the conversation became difficult. At that point, we determined that we were not the right fit to move forward and communicated that respectfully. We wish you the best and hope you’re able to get your vehicle situation resolved soon.

Very pleased with the results of my transmission repair. After taking with Tyler I had my car towed from another transmission shop over to London Bridge Auto repair and very glad I did. I plan to make London Bridge Auto my new service center for any future repairs or preventative maintenance.
