I went in wanting a second opinion on my 2004 volvo thinking I had a transmission or engine problem because of the way the car was driving. A previous place said I had problems with both and wanted 3.9k. London Bridge didn’t try to upsell me and took a couple days with the car and said they couldn’t find any problems related to that, but told me I did have a fuel leak, which I already knew to be true. They had to replace it, and they were very kind and worked with me about the price. They didn’t make me feel stupid if I wasn’t knowledgeable on something and they were very honest and didn’t take advantage. The car drives a lot better now and all the problems I previously had have gone away, leading me to believe it really was just the fuel tank needing to be replaced and not the engine/ transmission.

I brought my vehicle in due to damage from a flood. I needed an engine replacement, which I was nervous about but they explained everything to me and I felt like my vehicle was in good hands after that. They kept in contact with me regarding the claim and were very helpful with the insurance company and getting this resolved in a timely manner! I would recommend them to anyone that needed any work done to their vehicle.
