Everyone was always very helpful and transparent. Although some of the repairs were having issues due to bad parts, they made sure I was informed the whole time about what was going on.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and have reached the point where I entrust them with my 4Runner completely. So far, they’ve handled all my routine maintenance—oil changes, alignments, tires, and state inspections—with total professionalism. What really sold me was when I brought in my Mom’s Jeep. Another shop had given her a long list of 'recommended' upsells, but the team here broke down exactly what was actually necessary and what wasn't. They even gave us a printed copy of work that might be needed in the future so we could plan for it. Their honesty saved us a lot of money and stress. The communication here is hands down the best I’ve ever seen in an auto shop. They are incredibly courteous and the lockbox for after-hours pickups is a lifesaver if you can’t get there before they close. 10/10—I 100% trust this shop!

Thought my transmission was bad and I needed a new torque converter, previous shop couldn’t identify the problem of my car’s vibration under load. London bridge auto diagnosed the problem in a day and had it back to me the following one. Bad u joints were the problem! Great place, highly recommend.

London Bridge Auto and Transmission is the best auto mechanic shop around. They do quality work at a fair price. Over the past years they have worked on at least 8 of my vehicles and always do an outstanding job.

Tyler and the team are the benchmark for customer service! I rarely give 5 stars for anything but after a terrible customer experience with a hefty price tag ($2k) at Southern Kia for an alternator and battery our issue was unresolved. Within 24 hours of having our vehicle dropped off the Monday before XMAS, the problem was identified, communicated, and repair was estimated to be done in a few days. The very next day Tyler took it upon himself to drive to the local supplier to get the part so we didn’t have to wait. He called and I was expecting an update. He simply said “Your vehicle is done.” Great communication! Great overall service! I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else! Thanks Tyler and team!
