Having problems with "tork steering" Dealer service told me nothing was wrong, London Bridge Auto identify the problem and was able to correct it. Great service, great people.

I'm sure I've passed this place on the (namesake) London Bridge Rd about a hundred times but hadn't been a customer until a recent state inspection. I was encouraged by the many great reviews left by former customers and now I am pleased to add to the growing list. The staff were kind and courteous. It didn't take long at all to be given a reassuring clean bill of (auto) health. Nevertheless, I happened to notice one of the staff taking the time to sit with another customer and explain what was discovered/diagnosed in their case -- that's just good bedside manner! Also, for what it's worth, complementary Keurig cups :) I'll be back.

I said it before and I'll say it again as long as I've got a vehicle I will continue to go to London Bridge Auto and transmission repair

Tyler is a fair and honest guy. He will help you with no problem. The young lady at the front count is very nice. Mechanics seem very knowledgeable. It's a little pricey but worth it. Hands down THE.BEST.CAR.EXPERIENCE! I’m so glad I trusted the other reviews and took a chance on a new car shop. If you’re tired of the dealerships “free” this or that (only to spend way more than needed if the fix is actually necessary) and having them NEVER answering the phone or calling you with an update- GIVE THEM A TRY! AMAZING COMMUNICATION too; which for some reason in today’s day and age isn’t common, but SHOULD BE! We def have a new auto shop for the whole family’s cars!! Thank YOU!!

Although Id love to gate keep I cant keep a good thing to myself. Whats not to love? After hours drop off and mechanics that take pride in getting the job done right the first time. What stood out to me was the time they take to explain in detail whats wrong with your vehicle and their recommendations for repair without unnecessary add-ons for more $$$.
