From the start, getting an appointment on line is so simple. Brittany is fantastic with communication from the time you make the appointment, throughout the appointment and even after the appointment. I'm not sure of the technician's name who did the actual oil change and tire rotation but he went above and beyond by notifying me of front brake maintenance that needed attention. Brittany was great about calling me with this information, quoting a price and letting me know about how much longer it would take. After the work was done, I did notice a huge difference when braking and, thinking back, I did notice a small sound the brakes had started making. I greatly appreciated them calling that to my attention so I could take care of it while it was in for routine service AND I was taking the car on a trip this coming week. Tyler, Shop Manager, is always at the Front Desk to help in anything you need. All of the staff are wonderful about making the customer feel well cared for. A huge thank you for making car repairs and maintenance as pleasant as possible. They make me feel very comfortable knowing they are always looking out for my safety.

I had a number of very expensive breaks happen in my van recently. The Gents at London Bridge Auto did a Phenomenal job on bringing my almost 10 year old van to running like New!
