They were able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated, and their pricing was unbeatable compared to other places I looked into. What stood out the most was how clearly they explained everything and set expectations upfront. I actually got my car back faster than expected! I’ll admit, I didn’t do the best job explaining what was going on with my car (I needed tie rods replaced), but they were incredibly patient, attentive, and took the time to figure it out without making me feel uncomfortable. I took my car in because it sounded like it was going to stall at red lights. It was my first time going to London Bridge Auto and it was awesome. They worked me in without any issues, and I feel much more comfortable driving my car now. I’ll go there again in the future.

Great service and fast! Friendly staff too. My only concern is that I paid $125. For the diagnostic testing. It was Just the radiator that needed repair. The last time I was there in September, the diagnostic testing charge was removed because I was getting the repairs there.

They were fair and didn’t try to do unnecessary work. Pleased with the work they did.

Tyler amd the team here are great. They went through my vehicle and performed all the work quickly amd perfectly. One thing I liked is they worked as a team amd if one was busy another would step in a help. Most shops you're sometimes left sitting around for your person the become free. Not here they work as a team to make your visit streamline. This was my first time using them but will definitely not be the last.
