London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair exceeded our expectations with a full transmission rebuild on our 2016 GMC Sierra. After dealing with a shady shop who initially rebuilt our transmission (twice), the difference in service at this shop was night and day. First off, they are 100% transparent with their costs and the work that is being completed on your vehicle. On top of that, their customer service is phenomenal. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and completely rebuilt our transmission in less than a week. Overall, they perform honest work and we have highly recommended them to our neighbors and friends. If any work on our vehicles is needed in the future, we will drive the extra distance to take our vehicles back to this shop.

When I called to make the appointment and asked for a quote, they were up front from the beginning with all of the options from best case to worst case scenario. They scheduled my appointment in a very timely manner. When I dropped off my vehicle they gave me a time frame of when it would be finished. Well to my surprise they were finished earlier than expected and went through everything they had completed. The best experience in a shop in this area. My car was making a very loud sound just before it stop on the highway. I had it tow to London Bridge Auto thinking it was my transmission, but it was much worse than that. It was my driveshaft, they fit it so fast and told me what else was wrong with my car, they also gave me some good advice as what to do with the rest of my problems. Even though I live in Norfolk and passed by alot of auto shops I’m glad I took my car there. I didn’t feel like they took me for granted because I’m a woman, and they accepted my auto warranty as well. Best decision I’ve ever made!
