Mercedes dealership one at $9,000 for repairs. I took my Mercedes 2014 C300 in and they replaced the drive shaft told me that the other things Mercedes wanted to replace was just basically ridiculous and they didn't see a problem with it. Honest to God people straight up! Easy to work with if you're paying cash they give you a major repair discount unlike mercedes. Also if they have a Diagnostics on your car they will put that diagnostic fee to the overall cost repairs unlike mercedes. This is the way businesses should run treat the customers the way they want to be treated fair and square and not hitting people upside the head especially the way the economy is these days. Now I have my car driving with no clicking noise, this was the most painless experience that I've had having my car ever worked on in and out like it was nothing at all. I'm going to recommend all my families and friends and even strangers if I hear somebody having any issues. Very professional polite and personal couldn't ask for a better business!

I went to LBA&T because of the reviews. We have been burned by several places that had good reviews or good word-of-mouth. So I was very selective this time around. We were extremely pleased with our experience. Well priced, great customer service, got the job done! Dropped off our car for Wed. appointment picked it up Thursday night. (we were very happy that they had after our Pick Up service.)

London Bridge was easy to work with. Made my appointment on line. Tyler called me half way thru the day to tell me what they found and how much and the car was ready the next day. Super easy to work with.

Brought in a 2017 ford mustang GT with a cooked rear differential. They were able to get it in immediately and replace it with a quick turnaround for a good price too. They did exceptional work and the car runs phenomenally now. Thank you so much for your hard work!

I had a great experience with London Bridge Auto and Transmission. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made everything smooth from the start. The work was completed exactly when they promised, and the entire staff was friendly and professional throughout. Jack really stood out—he took the time to clearly explain the repairs that were made and even asked me to follow up if my A/C stopped cooling. From the start, getting an appointment on line is so simple. Brittany is fantastic with communication from the time you make the appointment, throughout the appointment and even after the appointment. I'm not sure of the technician's name who did the actual oil change and tire rotation but he went above and beyond by notifying me of front brake maintenance that needed attention. Brittany was great about calling me with this information, quoting a price and letting me know about how much longer it would take. After the work was done, I did notice a huge difference when braking and, thinking back, I did notice a small sound the brakes had started making. I greatly appreciated them calling that to my attention so I could take care of it while it was in for routine service AND I was taking the car on a trip this coming week. Tyler, Shop Manager, is always at the Front Desk to help in anything you need. All of the staff are wonderful about making the customer feel well cared for. A huge thank you for making car repairs and maintenance as pleasant as possible. They make me feel very comfortable knowing they are always looking out for my safety.
