I had a transmission pan drop and filter service done on my 2011 Lexus LX570 (137k miles) at London Bridge Auto & Transmission Repair. Anyone familiar with Toyota/Lexus trucks knows these transmissions are often labeled “lifetime fluid,” and that servicing them at higher mileage requires doing it the right way. Tyler was the point person while the work was underway, with Jack handling things at the counter. During the job they encountered several rusted transmission pan bolts that broke on removal, and they took the time to extract and replace them properly rather than cutting corners. The work was completed cleanly, the transmission shifts normally, and there have been no leaks or follow-up issues. Communication was straightforward and the invoice reflected exactly what was done. Based on this experience, I’m comfortable returning for additional mechanical work and would recommend them to owners who care about details and long-term reliability.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time now. Don’t usually leave reviews but here goes. I highly recommend London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair for all your auto repair needs. I try and do most of the work I can on my family’s vehicles. But I’m getting older and don’t like laying on the ground as much as I used to. Anyway I’ve brought different vehicles in convinced that I knew what was wrong and these folks could have run up the bill on me and I wouldn’t have been any the wiser. But they set me straight and repaired the vehicles for much less than I expected. Bottom line is they are honest and straightforward and do exactly what they say they are going to do. Great to work with. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
