I never make reviews, but for the amazing service I received at London Bridge Auto it’s worth my time! I called to make an appointment and they got me right in! I believe the lady who helped me the entire time was named Amy. She was super friendly and very sweet. I typically feel uneasy bringing my car into a shop and trying to explain what is wrong, but Amy was extremely welcoming and patient with me. The waiting area is super cozy and clean too which is a plus. They have nice furniture, a flat screen tv, toys for kids, and a little coffee area. The bathroom is also really clean and nice. Amy called to explain to me what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it. Most car shops, in my opinion, try their hardest to make the most money out of you, not this shop! I will definitely be bringing my car here for now on. 10/10 review from me, and a big thanks to Amy and the mechanics. (I really hope her name was Amy lol)

My husband's Equinox needed a new headlamp so I decided to have both replaced and had my son follow me so that I could drop the car off for repair. Amy the Service Manager let me know that it could be done while I waited, even though it was about an an hour to closing time. They had the part ordered and installed while I waited. I was so pleased. This is the second time we have used London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair. We are happy customers who will be back! Highly Recommend and thank you Amy for all of the great customer service!

250.00 and a tow fee later. Issue not fixed. Nice people though.

Repair was fast and was able to have my car done in the time quoted. Wish that repair communication was better and company policies was more clear on warranty and 20% off labor for your own new parts. A heads up would have been nice.
