I can’t say enough good things about London Bridge Tire and Transmission. After being told by another shop that my car needed a $500 repair to pass inspection, I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for a second opinion. Not only did they take the time to thoroughly inspect it, but they also found nothing wrong—and it passed inspection with no issues. Their honesty and integrity saved me from an unnecessary repair, and they even quoted me significantly less than the other place, just in case the fix had been needed. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this trustworthy and transparent. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and will be recommending them to everyone I know. I had a crankshaft issue, they told me everything that was wrong and got my truck back to me in a day. Now my problem is fixed and truck is back running smooth like butter. I would Definitely recommend anybody looking for a shop London bridge auto and transmission is the place to go.

took my truck in for transmission issues, wanting verification that it was not an electronic issue, robert was able to confirm that it in fact was an internal problem so i took the truck home and put a reman in it. service was timely and reasonably priced, would use them again. brittany in the office was easy to contact and communicate with.
