They did a fair job for the price they charged. It will not be top of the line parts but basic good parts. I had a recommendation by a chain to fix all my brakes but they told me I only needed the rear brakes fixed and the front can wait 6-12 months. So I think they are decent and fair. I am going to trust them with my car issues in the future instead of chains.

I think it was just a faulty wiper, no fault of the person who installed it originally. Jack was very friendly as well. Thank you!

Great shop, well maintained and looked like fresh coffee on the pot. Employees were very friendly. Car was dropped off on a Friday and picked it up on Thursday. I'm very happy with the service and I thought it was well-priced. If I have any other repairs that are needed, I'll def be back.

My vehicle drives like a dream, now:) I needed an inspection, oil change, and cover for the air filter. But then, my vehicle lights were coming on like they were possessed and I thought I’d need an Exorcism done on it. Instead of a Priest, I looked up a few garages and chose London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair because I thought I might have needed transmission work. I am so glad I chose them because it wasn’t the transmission, but sensors in the back. I will always be returning to them when my vehicle needs an Auto Technician and not a Priest.

After a couple of weeks of trouble shooting and replacing parts, I eventually diagnosed a blow head gasket in my V6 Grand Cherokee. Speaking with Tyler, he gave me pricing and explained he wanted to run a few tests based on his experience before moving forward with an engine replacement. Once he had the jeep, he quickly confirmed the blown head gasket and we ordered the replacement engine. Communication was top tier, professional, and his team worked quickly and held true to their schedule. The prices were about 5-10% higher than some of the other quotes that I received, but everything about this process makes it worth paying more. I have piece of mind knowing that quality work has been done and that they will stand by their work. I plan to continue to use their services whenever they’re needed!

They make appointments for car inspections! The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee or tea and 2 TVs. Also phone chargers!! I will be back for car repair as needed. If they attend to small things (like my comforts) I believe they will do a good job on my car.

If there was more than five stars, I would definitely give that to them. These guys go out of their way to make things right for you very honest upfront, and I recommend my friends to them all the time.
