This is my second time going to these guys for a repair on my Jeep. They did a great job as usual. They are always upfront with the options and cost of the repair and made sure that they had it completed in the time promised. They have a life long customer, it’s not often you find a place that you can 100% trust that they aren’t trying to upsell or add services that aren’t needed .

This is amazing to hear George! This is exactly what we strive for. We simply relay information and try to advise the best we can. Ultimately, we leave the decisions to our customers! There is no need to invest in unnecessary flushes and services that are only meant to make the repair shop money. No one appreciates spending and inordinate amount of money on their vehicles maintenance to then have an unforeseen issue only a few months later. We believe in taking great care of your vehicle by avoiding costly pitfalls in unnecessary maintenance. Please don't get us wrong, if there is a maintenance item that shows us that it would be a valued investment in your car, we will absolutely recommend it. But there are too many times that we see items recommended for maintenance while there are glaring issues with your vehicles mechanical abilities. We are so glad that you appreciate our approach and we hope to help more people find a great experience having their auto repair done in Virginia Beach, VA!

Very quick service. They itemize the service bill so it’s easy to read. After my initial visit I brought my car back in for a minor problem and they serviced it and gave it back in one day. No extra charges, and no extra hassle. Thank you!

Once again- I’m beyond pleased with this business. I went on Yelp for a few quotes and it’s crazy how many auto shops try to take advantage of women as if we’re incapable of research. Had one shop tell me that they would need to charge me three different diagnostic $90 fees bc the warning lights “were on diff systems”. Fortunately, I’d already navigated the VW forum to suspect a rear ABS sensor was out. London Bridge has always been HONEST, prompt and efficient. I appreciate that they not only go above and beyond without wasting my (or their) time, but are extremely affordable. One of my favorite businesses in VB and I fully trust them. Amazingly helpful team, simply the best!
