Excellent Service 11/5 Stars. I live 1600 miles away, and it was recommended to have London Bridge take care of my daughter's car. I had the 04 Mustang dropped off by AAA to have the fuel pump and filter replaced, trying to diagnose it from NM, it seemed logical due to described symptoms that the fuel pressure was low. My DIL had taken it to another shop and they wanted $1000.00 to replace the plugs and injectors, for a low fuel flow problem. LB diagnosed and repaired / replace the idle speed motor on the intake plenum. An $80.00 part plus time . I am glad I don't know the name of the other shop. :-( LB uses only new products that meet or exceed OEM standards. I compared them to other shops in the area, and their reviews were above all. Of course there are always a few haters, and every shop has them, I read carefully and the bad reviews were on the car owners' not the shop. Jack is my primary contact, he is knowledgeable and did not try to mansplain to me the conditions of the vehicle. As a mechanic of 50 years myself, building stock and custom vehicles, we were able to communicate clearly on a high tech level. In fact I sent the DIL's Mustang in after they replaced the clutch and other worn parts in my son's 15 focus ST. My son is currently deployed, both his car and his wife's (my Daughter in Law) car decided to fail at or near the same time. Everything is running great, "Better than ever" according to my DIL. They also stand behind their work, not like some shops with a tail light warranty. (once they can't see your tail lights, no warranty). As a mechanic (marine and auto), retiree on a fixed income, they did solid work at a good price, with excellent customer service. These things are hard to find anymore. He returned it to fine honest folks at London Bridge, who went for a ride with him, listened, and then took outstand care of our military man and his family. His vehicle is back up and running without issue. I am very grateful to all the staff at London Bridge for having Honor and Care for customer service. Thank you. a phone call is to follow next week. They replaced the hemi in my Dodge ram with a factory Mopar long block. I'm extremely pleased with the results. The truck looks like it has the factory motor in it, no scratches no broken plastic clips or connectors. High quality work. Tyler in the office was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns, even giving me a tour of the shop and letting me look at my new long block when it came in. Only shop in the 757 i will go to from here on out. Definitely a happy customer
