I’ve been going to London Bridge for years for a reason. They’re honest, fast and reliable. Never had any issues. Highly recommend

London Bridge Auto and Transmission is the best. Just started coming here last year and finally found my car spot! They don’t overcharge and are honest. I used to get my car inspected at different places and every time I would forget to tell them I had my fog lights capped and the front desk would give me a hard time. Not here. I forgot to tell them and they figured it out on their own and didn’t give me a hard time about it, nor did they ask to see the fog lights that were removed. I mean, who brings that stuff to an inspection? They actually do their inspections without needing a heads up and they understand what is going on with your car without any background. Amazing. I also forgot to bring my car in on time this year, was an hour late despite the reminder the day prior, and they let me drop my car off anyway. London Bridge is super nice, courteous, and understanding. They still had my car finished and ready for me 3 hours later. These guys are awesome!

Was in and out for a vehicle inspection in 45 minutes. No issues at all.

They all were super nice and accommodating for my situation. They seemed well knowledgeable and definitely had their stuff together. I will say personally, that the prices they charge are extremely high for what the supplies and labor is truly worth. I needed a few things replaced in my vehicle such as my throttle body and they wanted to charge me a little less than 8 times what the real cost of a throttle body is. I ended up doing it myself and it only took an hour (because I had never replaced it before) and the part itself was $90 total for everything. Beside this, if you are able to afford their pricing their work is super well done and you know you're not getting scammed out of anything.

They quickly and efficiently fixed my problem. The fact that they have someone who is an expert with older nissans is why I will be using them again in the future.
