I called here trying to get an estimate on a transmission. My car was shifting in ways it definitely wasn't supposed to, and I was 99% sure I was going to need a transmission, which I expressed to the gentleman I left it with. The next day the shop called me and told me that it wasn't the trans, it was a $30 coil! Many places out there would have taken full advantage of me thinking I needed a transmission, but this place didn't. I will DEFINITELY be taking my vehicles back here when they need to be serviced.

Awesome customer service! They did an A+ job on my transmission replacement…. even got the job finished two days earlier than the original completion date!

Outstanding service and fair prices! Their staff is honest and friendly. Most types of car services, repair or maintenance they can handle! Both my Jeep and Mazda were fixed expeditiously and at the time/day they promised Tyler(even though he's a Michigan fan), Brittany and their entire staff I trust with not only my cars but my adult daughter's car as well. I am so impressed by the service I received recently at London Bridge Auto And Transmission Repair! I knew I needed new rotors and brake pads etc from a recent State Inspection. I was told by my dealership that they barely passed and should be replaced within the next few months. I received a quote from the dealer which seemed very high. Fortunately a client of mine, a mechanic, suggested I go to a good local shop instead of the dealership. I read tons of reviews and London Bridge had the best! I spoke with Brittany on the phone and she said I could drop off the car overnight and it would be ready the next day! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I received a call from Brittany around 11:15am that my car was completed including a/c recharge! The completed repair price was within the approximate quote and a great deal less than the dealership!!! I am so grateful to professional team and just recommended it to a co worker today! Having problems with "tork steering" Dealer service told me nothing was wrong, London Bridge Auto identify the problem and was able to correct it. Great service, great people.
