From the start Tyler(manager) I told him the issue another shop had told me about my Range Rover & he didn’t just go off that he scheduled me an appointment for a second opinion. Took my 25 year old Toyota here, after only ever being serviced at Toyota. Figured it was time stop overpaying for services needed. Tyler was awesome! Very helpful, and listened to my concerns without me feeling I was being rushed. Car was finished in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable. I did use OEM, but was given an option. I had been worried about changing from Toyota service dept for so long, but now wishing I had done it sooner! My experience will keep me going back!

Thorough inspection on my AC . My only issue is that The technician didn’t screw back my protective plate under my car all the way so now it’s rubbing against my tire.

Hi Natalya, we are so sorry to hear that is happening to you! We did not have to remove any covers to hook up our AC machine and check your AC because the ports are directly accessible through the engine bay and the service was done on the ground. During the test, it almost immediately failed the leak test (which is why we discounted the service because it wouldn't have worked for you). We are however, more than happy to see if we can secure the fender liner for you (it might be a little difficult because, if I recall correctly, there was some damage to the vehicle from a previous accident) and it would be our pleasure to see what we can do to help :).
