Brought my car in for trouble with the transmission of my manual Chevy Sonic. They were ready for me to immediately drop off my vehicle and got back to me in a couple business days with a comprehensive preliminary quote. After another day or two later they had taken the transmission apart and gave a final quote, and had even found another transmission with less milage for right about the same price. In all it took the shop 2-3 weeks since dropping it off to get the parts and replace the transmission, clutch and flywheel. The staff were always friendly when I spoke to them, and were prompt with answering questions. One thing I particularly liked was the convenient communication through text messages with their personnel and only needed to communicate via telephone twice; once for discussing the final evaluation, and to inform me I could pick up my car. The shop was also flexible with payment and after an initial investment I was able to space out my other payments when I was ready. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into the shop, but they were well rated online and I needed a specialist nearby to deal with my repairs. In all I'd say they did a great job, and if I have another issue my family can't deal with then I'll certainly consider them again.

I made an appointment over the phone for my ac compressor to be replaced. I went in to drop it off and it was never put on the schedule. They were still able to get me in and fix it and I have a working ac now! Many will turn you away and have you schedule for a future date.
