My dad and I bought a Infiniti QX70 used up in Northern Chicago as is. Car died on me. London Bridge saved my marriage and went above and beyond to bring my QX70 back from the dead. Used engine was installed with a warranty and got me back on the road.

My dad and I bought a Infiniti QX70 used up in Northern Chicago as is. Car died on me. I had taken my vehicle to numerous local Virginia Beach auto shops with each attempting to order parts for temporary fixes. London Bridge saved my marriage and went above and beyond to bring my QX70 back from the dead. They take on small jobs but specialize in large jobs that most shops refuse. They listen to the customers needs but not afraid to give you a honest answer. Needing an engine was not what I wanted to hear and insisted not to throw additional money in a bad motor. They installed a used warranty motor with less miles for a fair price and got me back on the road. I cannot speak for everyone, but when I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel I found London Bridge.

They were very empathetic & made everything easy for me. I was going through a tough time with my vehicle & they were honest what needed to be done.

I have had a great experience every time I have taken my vehicle there. I will continue to go there for any and all auto repairs I need done
