Great service and communication. First time here and it’s always scary when you’re at the mercy of a mechanic. I have no way to refute what they’re saying other than getting a 2nd opinion. Turned out to be a bad throttle body. Hard to describe, but Tyler left me with a good impression that that he was honest and upfront. He told me what was wrong and gave me my options. I thought the price was fair.

Tyler and Brittney it’s all you guys! I needed a new alternator immediately. I talked to Tyler first and he was everything you want and need as a first point of contact. Funny, knowledgeable and accommodating. I got in the shop about 10 min after that. Brittney was at the desk and picked up where Tyler left off. She was inviting, calm, and made me laugh. Excellent customer service guys! The car was done the next day, works great and the price was nearly half the dealership. I hope I don’t have to go back any time soon but when I have too I’m only going there from here out. All other shops out there take notice, this is how you should run a business!!!!

Tyler and the entire staff here are outstanding! The transmission in my service truck needed a rebuild. I spoke with Tyler on the phone several times as he updated me on their findings, and offered a variety of options to best suit my needs. The team had my truck serviced and back on the road in one week, at the beginning of the new year. Incredible team and incredible service by these guys!

I do not leave reviews very often because most services are so so. I have also been working equipment most of my life and consider myself pretty knowledgeable person but also understand my limits without the tools and equipment needed to fix the issues. But this shop went above and beyond my expectations they diagnosed the issue with my truck really quickly and gave me a few options to move forward with. I was already on the fence of buying a new truck and the repair needed for this one was about a third of the value with other issues starting to come up also. If I would not have decided to trade my truck in I would have had them repair it I would not have went anywhere else.
