Excellent Service 7/5 Stars. My son is currently deployed, both his car and his wife's (my Daughter in Law) car decided to fail at or near the same time. I live 1600 miles away, and was recommended to have London Bridge take care of them. I had the Focus ST dropped off by AAA to have the clutch replaced as it had come apart. LB uses only new products that meet or exceed OEM standards. They replaced the clutch, battery, and identified a few additional issues that my son had mentioned, but had no time to resolve before deployment. LB brought his pocket rocket back to operational readiness, in contact with me the entire time. They are great. A bit pricey, but you also get what you pay for. I compared them to other shops in the area, and their reviews were above all. Of course there are always a few haters, and every shop has them, I read carefully and the bad reviews were on the car owners' not the shop. Jack is my primary contact, he is knowledgeable and did not try to mansplain to me the conditions of the vehicle. As a mechanic of 50 years myself, building stock and custom vehicles, we were able to communicate clearly on a high tech level. In fact I sent the DIL's mustang in after the ST to also get repaired. Everything is running great. They also stand behind their work, not like some shops with a tail light warranty. (once they can't see your tail lights, no warranty) Thank you folks. ASCOT - NM

He returned it to fine honest folks at London Bridge, who went for a ride with him, listened, and then took outstand care of our military man and his family. His vehicle is back up and running without issue. I am very grateful to all the staff at London Bridge for having Honor and Care for customer service. Thank you. a phone call is to follow next week. They replaced the hemi in my Dodge ram with a factory Mopar long block. I'm extremely pleased with the results. The truck looks like it has the factory motor in it, no scratches no broken plastic clips or connectors. High quality work. Tyler in the office was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns, even giving me a tour of the shop and letting me look at my new long block when it came in. Only shop in the 757 i will go to from here on out. Definitely a happy customer

I lived in va, beach for over 40 years and moved to Portsmouth va. Stayed in Portsmouth for 17 years for my wife so she could be closer to her parents. 7 years after her parents died. I just moved back to va,beach, I have always heard good things about London Bridge Auto, and I have been reading their reviews, so I went there to make a appointment to have some work done to my work truck, I will be waiting inside while they are working on it, because I don't have anyone to drop me off or pick me up. After the repair is done I will be posting my experience with them.
