Great service, fair price

Having owned a repair service, I was shocked how this shop attempted to overcharge a woman under the guise of a safety inspection. Not only did the first repair done here fail and have to be redone else where but stopped in for safety inspection before I knew the first repair was bad. He Wanted $2000 in repairs to get a safety sticker. Immediately went else where ( friend recommended person they had done business with for decade) and needs were $200 and inspection passed. They were shocked at the estimate I had been given!!! Steer clear from here!!!

I am so glad I found London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair. I dropped my car off to get new brake pads and rotors and they called me promptly back and told me that I didn’t need the service at this time. I still had plenty of wear left. I completely appreciated the honesty and they will be my go-to from now on for all car repairs. Trust is a huge reason I give my loyalty to places and they earned that!

Amazing fast and most importantly HONEST! I wish I heard about this place earlier! This shop is a well run and professional small business. I'd recommend this place anyone who asks me for a place I trust! They're transparent with customers and will go over different repair and part options that fit your needs and budget if they are avaliable in your particular case. I brought my silverado with transmission issues in on a Monday a few hours before close. They asked me the symptoms i have been having with my vehicle, also they made sure to ask me on how I plan on using my vehicle in the future. In my case I had few options to upgrade my torque converter to a billet unit and few options for better cooling. I stated what worked best for me, they said we will get it done ASAP and keep you updated along the way , And they deliverd on that promise! Thank you all for the great work!!

Highly recommend this shop! I recently moved to virginia and had a very hard time finding a reliable honest shop to take my car to. They were able to get me in within two days of me calling and fix the issues i was having for an honest price (hundreds cheaper than other large shops were trying to charge me). Very kind employees, efficient service, open communication in regards to the entire process, and fair prices. I don’t see myself going anywhere else after this!
