Excellent service and communication. I called multiple transmission places in the area to get a quote on replacing my Subaru’s transmission and London bridge had the best quote pricing and the best warranty for the transmission replacement. Got my car back to me very quickly no problems good as new.

Several people over the years had recommended this shop as one who does good work, is trustworthy, and has fair pricing. I brought my son’s car in expecting a $550-$700 repair to the turbo. It ended up being only a small clip and a diagnostic fee. Had the car back in a few hours and less than $100. This is my new shop, no question about it.

2011 Chevy Suburban had been giving me some issues pointing to the transmission. As I always do, I did a google search on Transmission shops. Found London Bridge auto & transmission had high reviews so called them first. They told me they have worked on a lot of these suburbans that have had trans issues. I got the truck back in less than a week. Tyler told me that they guaranteed their work with a warranty and even told me I would need to bring it back after 200-300 miles to do a recheck on it. I like their communication and always kept me updated. Definitely would recommend this shop!

My experience at London bridge auto was amazing. From the time they received my vehicle they kept me informed, the staff is kind, amazing, and super helpful. I would recommend doing business with them, they are also reasonably priced.

Absolutely fantastic. I reached out about a quote thru yelp and got a response shortly afterwards. Explained what I was looking for and booked an appointment a week later. Showed up and waited in probably one of the best waiting rooms I've ever encountered (bathroom was cleaner than 90% of any restaurant bathroom I've been in) and only had to to wait maybe an hour and a half before I drove out of there. The folks there are great and everyone else must know that too because their phones were ringing off the hook for people wanting to get their vehicle's serviced too. Car's working great and had no complaints. Would highly, highly recommend doing business with them.
