Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my car was a lost cause, but they did everything they could to try to figure out the issue and kept us thoroughly updated throughout the process. I absolutely recommend them!

Outstanding service! Honest, trustworthy, and affordable. I was informed one time by my dealership that my brakes would need to be replaced prior to my next inspection. I took my truck to London Bridge Auto and Transmission and they started to change the brakes when they noticed they did not look as worn as I was told. They measured the pads and told me that I had more than enough lining left on my brakes. This shop is not looking to tack on extra repairs for an extra buck. They troubleshoot and fix the problem, straight and to the point.
