I lived in va, beach for over 40 years and moved to Portsmouth va. Stayed in Portsmouth for 17 years for my wife so she could be closer to her parents. 7 years after her parents died. I just moved back to va,beach, I have always heard good things about London Bridge Auto, and I have been reading their reviews, so I went there to make a appointment to have some work done to my work truck, I will be waiting inside while they are working on it, because I don't have anyone to drop me off or pick me up. After the repair is done I will be posting my experience with them.

I called here trying to get an estimate on a transmission. My car was shifting in ways it definitely wasn't supposed to, and I was 99% sure I was going to need a transmission, which I expressed to the gentleman I left it with. The next day the shop called me and told me that it wasn't the trans, it was a $30 coil! Many places out there would have taken full advantage of me thinking I needed a transmission, but this place didn't. I will DEFINITELY be taking my vehicles back here when they need to be serviced.

Awesome customer service! They did an A+ job on my transmission replacement…. even got the job finished two days earlier than the original completion date!

Outstanding service and fair prices! Their staff is honest and friendly. Most types of car services, repair or maintenance they can handle! Both my Jeep and Mazda were fixed expeditiously and at the time/day they promised Tyler(even though he's a Michigan fan), Brittany and their entire staff I trust with not only my cars but my adult daughter's car as well.
