The service advisor was knowledgeable. When asked about OEM Parts ( Transmission Filter, Pan Gasket, ATF+4 ) He said his choice was to use factory Mopar. The work was completed on time and the visual inspection of the fluids was noted from the advisor. I was satisfied with the work and the price for the transmission maintenance service

This was my first experience with LB Auto and Transmission and they did not disappoint at all. I was impressed by the many great reviews I read online about this shop and decided to take a chance. Within 24 hours of my initial call, my car was repaired and ready for pick-up. The customer service was great and the price was very fair for the work that was done. I love the easy way they do buisness, utilizing technology that makes things easier for working folks and the after hours pickup made things very convenient with our busy schedule. I'm hoping we have finally found a place we could trust and count on for all of our vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
