From the moment I walked in, they were inviting, professional, and honestly just fun to be around—which made a stressful situation so much easier. They were able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated, and their pricing was unbeatable compared to other places I looked into. What stood out the most was how clearly they explained everything and set expectations upfront. I actually got my car back faster than expected! I’ll admit, I didn’t do the best job explaining what was going on with my car (I needed tie rods replaced), but they were incredibly patient, attentive, and took the time to figure it out without making me feel uncomfortable. Overall, I was in and out with great service, a fair price, and peace of mind. This place is truly a hidden gem in Virginia Beach. I’ll definitely be coming back for future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service!

Great service and fast! Friendly staff too. My only concern is that I paid $125. For the diagnostic testing. It was Just the radiator that needed repair. The last time I was there in September, the diagnostic testing charge was removed because I was getting the repairs there.

Tyler amd the team here are great. They went through my vehicle and performed all the work quickly amd perfectly. One thing I liked is they worked as a team amd if one was busy another would step in a help. Most shops you're sometimes left sitting around for your person the become free. Not here they work as a team to make your visit streamline. This was my first time using them but will definitely not be the last.
